Research Content

From the perspective of control engineering, we conduct research into the development, design, operation and diagnosis of systems, with a particular focus on energy systems and robotics.

We are currently developing modelling methods for the optimisation of energy systems and related equipment, as well as conducting system evaluations and developing design methodology. In robotics, we are developing various sensor systems based on high-precision self-positioning technology to represent outdoor environments.

  1. Optimisation and control of thermodynamic systems
  2. Design of District Multi-Energy System based on Optimisation
  3. Research and education of automation systems with digital communication networks for industrial IoT
  4. Development of industrial facility management systems incorporating artificial intelligence
  5. Research on 3D sensing and autonomous navigation technologies based on high-precision self-localisation and attitude estimation in outdoor environments
